Delete your MyPeki account

MyPeki is operated by Fonsaw Technologies Private Limited (“Fonsaw”). This page explains how you can request deletion of your account and related personal data. See also our Privacy Policy. Last updated: 31 March 2026.

How to request account deletion

Email (preferred)

  1. Send an email from the address or phone-linked account you use with MyPeki to care@mypeki.com with the subject line: Account deletion request.
  2. In the message, include your registered mobile number (and if you know it, your in-app name or registered building) so we can verify you own the account.
  3. We will confirm receipt and may ask a short security question (e.g. recent order or profile detail) before processing.

What we delete

After your request is verified, we will delete or anonymise your account and associated personal profile data where we are not legally required to keep it, including for example:

  • Your login / profile record and preferences linked to the account
  • Contact and delivery preference data that is not needed for legal retention
  • Account identifiers that would allow your profile to remain identifiable in the app

What we may keep (and for how long)

Some information may be retained in limited form to meet legal, tax, accounting, fraud-prevention, or dispute obligations. For example:

  • Order and payment-related records (e.g. amounts, timestamps, payment status summaries) may be retained for the period required by law or by our payment and settlement partners, often in aggregated or de-identified form where possible.
  • Support and safety logs may be kept for a limited period if needed to investigate abuse or enforce our Terms.

Timing

We aim to complete verified deletion requests within a reasonable period (typically within 30 days, unless a longer period is required by law or exceptional volume). We will notify you at your email when the process is completed or if we need more information.
